                        (Currently filing one time per month to ICMA/Retirement Agency) trio system can now handle

                         filing weekly electronically.

1.        Transfer Station, Replace 2 Slide Rails on Bottom of Trash Dumpster – Phone Poll to Board of Selectmen on 10/26/2006, 

Board of Selectmen Approved - $2000 expenditure, Transfer Station Equipment Escrow account-Invoice Pending –Continued from 11/28/2006, Selectmen’s meeting

2.        Janitorial Services – Seeking services for municipal building, Received several applications- review

  3.     Skelton, Taintor and Abbott/Town Attorney’s Office// Mark Frenette , Mark F. will have articles ready for      Board’s review 

         -by Tuesday, December 12th in time for January 9th , special town meeting.

  4.     Maine Municipal Association, Human Resources, assist with hiring process for New Town Managercontinued from Selectmen’ meeting 11/28/2006, administration account identified, computer line 01-01-16  to pay for the services.

 

  5.     Board of Selectmen to discuss hiring process, for New Road Foreman Position-set up workshop. MMA job descriptions to review

  6.     Set up Workshop-Review Ordinances and possible implementation of new ordinances, set a date for Board of Selectmen, Department Heads, CEO and Auburn Fire Protection Officer to attend.

  2.     E-911 Study, Requesting Local Representative to be assigned

  3.     State of Maine, Maine Revenue Services Letter – proposed 2007 State Valuation of municipalities

  4.     American Legion Post 135, Malt, Spirituous and Vinous Renewal Liquor License
