1. Treasurer’s Report: Tax Years 2003 thru 2005, Delinquent Taxes Outstanding as of 05/26/06

$59,113.63. Delinquent Taxes Collected Since Friday, 05/19/2006 $1,484.61.

2. First American Real Estate Tax Service-seeking Town of Sabattus/Trio tax billing files, delinquency files,

assessment and/or general property data procured from the taxing authority. No Cost to the town.

Unfinished Business:

1. State of Maine Department of Transportation, Rural Road Initiative Program, Involving a 33% municipal

and 67% state match for improvements on state-aid minor collector highways. As of 04/25/2006 Selectmen’s Meeting;

Research and follow up 1^st week of June.

2. Agreement between, Town of Sabattus & Teamsters Local 340 for the Sabattus Public Works Department

-Board of Selectmen to review and verify correction of error on page 17 Item D, was showing 5% corrected to 6.5%

and sign agreement /contract. Continued from Selectmen’s Meeting 05/24/2006.

3. Charles MacDougall, Letter: Requesting all grandfather rights listed in writing in regards to his Sabattus property.
