Comments from the floor:

Unfinished Business:

1.       Hand Air Dryer(s) for Municipal Restrooms,  - Review quotes received-no quotes received from local electricians. This will be extended until a later date.

2.       Public Works Department Equipment Issue- Backhoe needs repair, an estimate was given for $36000.00 for repairs. The backhoe may not last the winter. The Board is not authorized to purchase a new one without holding a special Town Meeting. A few local companies have given quotes for new equipment. Will need to set up a workshop to check out all options.

3.       Janitorial Services- Revisited-Tracy asks the Board to revisit Yvette Mercier.  Mrs. Mercier would

like to have her daughter help her but the issue is that she is a Town employee.  Tracy contacted MMA regarding Workman’s Comp and they sent her a waiver to be signed by Mrs. Mercier and the employee. They also suggested that the Town send a letter to the employee stating that she is sub-contracted through her mother. Tracy will speak to Mrs. Mercier. This is to be kept under Unfinished Business. If she declines, an ad will be placed in the paper.

New Business:

1.          1.   Public Work Overflow of Equipment Repair  Open Sealed Bids

2.                A.  Sabattus Auto & Sales- Pat & Barbie Cyr- $55.00 an hour for labor by certified mechanic.
